Coil pak F50 4stroke 2003

engine running rough
Cyl.#3 very weak spark, no noticeble rpm change w/plug wire off.
ohm metered primary,secondary and plug caps. All fell within specs.
Cyl. #2 on same coil is firing fine.
Thought I'd see some resistance in coil circuits, not so.
anybody run into this with a coil pak testing out good with a known weak spark.

A manual would give the proper testing procedures and the equipment needed to check the ignition system.
I have never worked on a 4 stroke but I am sure it would be close to the same system as a 2 stroke and would need a peak reading voltmeter or a DVA adapter and a regular meter to get the proper readings to compare to the manual specs. It is a lot better to get a voltage reading to see if it is meeting the specs going into and out of the CDI than to just look at the spark and guess
