2001 225 Ox66

The motor runs fine until it get warm and then start losing between 300 and 500 rpms. It was just doing it at WOT and now is doing it at all rpms above 5000. I changed all low pressure fuel pumps, vst filter and fuel filter in bowl. Took off O2 sensor and it was clean and tube had no carbon build up. Suggestions?
