Fat boy needs recomendation on prop or tabs

Boat is a 18 foot Blue wave. It has a 2004 60C Yamaha 2 stroke. Prop is stainless 13 1/2 x15, 3 blade. Top speed is 30 MPH GPS at 5400 RPM. If there are 3 adults on the boat it feels like it may never plane out. I need a better hole shot. I weigh 250 and my friends are no Cinderellas either. Should I buy a different pitch prop, maybe a 4 blade, or should I install some smart tabs?

Try a 13 pitch 3 blade prop first, it will probably turn 5800 rpm's but should plain it off better.
