Yamaha f115 tlra idle stall

My yamaha f115 will stall at idle. After warm up it will start hunting rpm between 800 and 1000 rpms and then stall.
I cleaned the fuel filter and checked for water. primer bulb is hard during all this.
The motor runs fine at any other rpm and has plenty of power. It will run at any speed without missing a beat all the way to wot.
Has anybody ran into this problem ?

Try new set of spark plugs. Have idle control valve checked to see operating properly.
