2002 Yamaha idle problems

I have a 2002 Yamaha 115HP 2 stroke outboard. It has no problems starting. It has no problems running in gear even at moderate rpms. At low rpms in gear it will miss and die every once in a while making it hard to dock. It does have problems running in neutral. Even at high rpms it will miss every so often. At low rpms in neutral it will miss once or twice and then die. I have changed the plugs and put a fresh tank of gas in it. What should I do next?

Sounds like need to remove and clean carbs, probably plugged low speed jets or passages.
