fuel issues 06 115 4 stroke

I have a 06 f115 tlr four stroke. Serial number is 68v-L-1052930-k I let the fuel sit over the winter and cannot get more than 3800 rpms. I pumped out all old fuel and filled tank with new fuel and some additive. I also replaced seperator filter and filter on motor. I now cannot get more than 2300 rpms. Help.

Probably need to remove and clean vapor separator tank and fuel pump, may have to have injectors cleaned.
