More trim noises

Last year was having an issue with noises from trim unit, drained, added nw fluid and bled, noise pretty much went away till fall.

This year it seems worse, as it's coming up on the trim rams it making some awful noise, hard to explain but it sounds like it struggles at the top of the trim rams and I think I can hear the brushes? Almost like a grinding sound.

Can they be taken out and cleaned or should I be looking at seals or new motor? Any help appreciated.

Try putting grease on ends of short trim rams to see if will help.
