Engine type identification

Hi all!

I have engine YAMAHA 100 AETO 64W L 300852 V but I am unable to find in any list exactly this type of engine. Can somebody help me with identification of this engine that is possible to find some spare parts. See attached picture from engine name plate

We don't have any information on it, we only have information on models sold in USA. jb123 here on this forum has a link to a web site with model information.
