remote oil tank change over

what is the differance in remote tank with a electric pump and one that has a bulb to pressurerize it can i use either one . I am installing a 1988 150hp yamaha on my boat and the tank is missing

All of Yamaha remote oil tanks have the electric oil pump in them and don't use a primer bulb. Use number 1 in this diagram(it doesn't come with mounting bracket) Yamaha Outboard Parts 1988 150ETLG OIL TANK Diagram
