idle adjustment

My 09 4 stroke 15 has a rough start up, if I don't really throttle up for a couple of minutes it will stall out. Does the idle speed adjustment screw need adjusting and if I advance this will the idle speed be too fast after warm up as I need a slow idle when crabbing? Or is there another carb adjustment that needs to be made to cure this problem? Thanks.

It should idle at 950 rpm's in neutral, you might can raise to 1000 rpm's but shouldn't need to.
