White smoke or steam?

While running my 1997 T50's I see either white smoke, or steam coming from the relief exhaust ports. The engines don't seem to burning oil, and the spark plugs look clean. Could it be steam? Should I be concerned?
Is there something I should check?

Are your 50 hp 2 or 4 stroke? I have a
2-stroke C115 (2000) model, and sometimes I notice what looks like steam coming from the upper exhaust holes. As long as your outboard is running fine and there are no alarms going off, I would not worry about it.

They are 4-strokes. They seem to run OK.
Doesn't look like they are burning oil or overheating.
