water coming from lower unit top holes??

Hi Guys,
Yamaha 150 TXRB 2003

This may sound like a dumb question, but I never noticed before. Just had my lower unit rebuilt. Ran yesterday with the hose connection. Water "pee" indicator flowed fine, but water also flows from two or three holes out of the top of the lower unit.

Can anyone tell me what the holes are and if there is supposed to be water flowing from there??

Water will come out from all drain holes, exhaust holes and around shift shaft on lower unit.
