oil leaking fourstroke

I have a 2001 115 fourstroke that has oil leaking from front of engine. I pulled the powerhead but still do no see anything that tells me where it was leaking. All of the bolts were not as tight as I thoutht they should have been. What should I put on the gasket when I put it back together.

New gaskets don't require any sealer, most of the gasket are metal compression type gaskets.
