Oil leaks out when raised for trailering

Hey guys. I had a "reputable mechanic" work on my motor. He over filled my motor with oil. I'm assuming this because when I lifted the motor to trailer after running for a while, oil spilled out the front into the well area. It was quite a bit, and when I checked the stick it was still above full. Is there a blow out of some sort for this?? I've cleaned the whole case area and can't find where it's coming from. The motor runs fine but this leak is still happening when the motor is tilted forward.

If overfull it will blow oil out from crankcase vent, once oil level is corrected it will stop blowing oil out of vent.
