filling a power trim on a 1991 225

Hello, this might sound very silly but I can't get to see where to fill the lubricant to the motor trim. I have review the part diagram from YAMAHA website and can't see where to fill; when I try to tilt it up start well but at half way stay "hold" for few seconds until it continue up.
In advance thanks for your help and I'd very much appreciate if you can send any graphical location for the filler!!!

When the engine is all the way up you will see a bolt head to the right on the trim pump. It is to the right of the trim motor about half way up the housing. Remove it and add fluid. Run trim up and down a few times and fill again.

Thanks soooo much for your help..last question is should I add fluid with engine all the way up or with engine down or it does not matter engine position??

I use a squirt bottle with a short length of 1/4" hose on it to add fluid.
