60 hp will not come up

i have a 2005 60 hp,starts right up runs great up to about 400 rpms off wot,as soon as i go to wot it does not want to run untill i bring it back to about 400 off,any help with what could be wronge

Probably carbs need to be removed and cleaned, check fuel hoses for restictions and fuel filters.

start with fuel filters run some fuel cleaning additive and see what happens
