225 4 stroke power trim and tilt issue

My port side 2004 , 225HP 4 stroke was trimming up and down really slow.Sounded like air ...
The trim pump is running.. Now the motor will not trim up or down at all.
Is this a fluid issue ???? If so, what fluid do you use ????

where do you fill the tilt/trim fluid?

Trim all the way up and then there is a plug on the reservoir (port side)
(canaster underneath on the port side of the tilt actuator)
Be carefull not to over tighten. There is an O-ring.

2008 Yahama HDPI Fill Port for Power Trim and Tilt

Where is the fill port for the hydraulic fluid for the power trim and tilt on a 2008 VZ200 HDPI? I have found some hydraulic fluid on the very bottom of housing (Part # 2)of the power trim and tilt unit. Thanks for your help
