Need help with tiller handle fitting differences

I'm about to order a a tiller handle kit for F50 (6X4-42101-00-00). I need a fitting kit. I found two, can't tell which one I need.

Part# 6X4-42102-20-00
Part# 6X4-42102-21-00

Does anyone know the difference between these two part numbers?

Also, after I install the tiller, can I also install the Digital Tach (6YR-W0035-E2-00) on the motor, or is it exclusively for remote steering installations?

That gauge requires a 3 3/8 hole to mount and wouldn't be able to mount on engine.
