2000 225 Lower Unit Removal

I have a 2000 225 that I Cant get the lower unit off.
I have the Yamaha Shop Manual, I Removed all the Bolts
Had One Shear off underneath.
I can Get it some side to side play about .020 gap all around the housing.
I think its seized in the drive shaft to powerhead.
Any Ideas I Have missed?

all 8 bolts ?

it can hang up on the broken bolt also... lube well

Did you get the bolt under the trim tab 12 mm I think 8 in all
7X 14 MM 1X 12MM

Yes all eight bolts,
Sheared off the bolt forward of the trim tab, Don't think I will be able to drill it or Easy out untill I get the Housing Off.

There's bolts around the sides, one in the back (take off the rubber cover releases the trib tab) then one forward of the trim tab and one behind it underneath
