Power Trim leak- 89 pro V 150- help

The passenger side cylinder of my power trim unit is leaking fluid. It appears to be leaking around the cap. The cap appears to need a special tool to remove. How do I get cap off to check orings and seals? Any tips for fixing this issue?

you have to replace the cap,the 2 inner seals and the outisde oring.
most of the time the cap is worn out, the hole become oval, making the seals to leak.
the cap is not easy to remove without the tool.
i use a little chisel to spin the cap out with the ram 1" pushed in.
