VMAX 200 Power trim won't work. Help please.

I have a 2006 Skeeter with a 200Vmax. Power trim won't work up or down. Fuse is good. Batteries Good. I can hear something click in the Electrical Box Everytime I push the Button but no Movement. Is there a solenoid in there that i just cant see? If not what else Could the Problem be.

Could be bad trim relay or bad trim motor, disconnect(make sure wires are disconnected from trim relay) trim motor wires from trim relay, connect trim motor blue wire to positive post on battery and green trim motor wire to negitive post and trim motor should run(trim motor up). If motor runs then may have bad trim relay.
