F80 F100 factory Warentee block failure

I am currious if anyone has one of the four stroke 80hp 100hp or similar(90/115) with a factory made defect in the block that was replaced under warentee. basicaly if I am currious if someone had one of these damaged blocks that was replaced, i am interested in possibly purchasing one if it might be possible to use in a rebuild.
