1992 30hp Idle Problem

My 30hp will not idle most of the time but will sometime. Installed new hose,bulb and plugs-does same thing. It will idle all day long at home but not when in the water. When at home it runs fine for a while then slows then idles high. Looks like may be few air bubbles in filter. Timing apears good. Tried adjusting pilot screws but does same. When run WOT it runs great, just wont idle. Also is it normal not to have any mid range throttle. Handle must be 3/4 before it goes and then it is almost WOT. can anyone help? Thanks

Agree, the problem need to be dirty carbs. Put a new kit and make sure you clean you tank, filter and if me, put all gas hoses brand new. Good Luck!
