2006 90 oil leak

i have a 90 hp txr four stroke it has 3800 hrs runs great but it now leaks oil from under bottom cowling near drive shaft only when tilted up over night , a small amounts of water has become evident in oil. good compression and leak down test ok. oil pressure alarm goes on at start up but once presure develops goes off and engine will run fine.

Probably a leaking oil seal on oil pump, need to pull engine and replace seals.
