I am surprised that the machanics didnt do a fuel pressure test from the fuel pump (connect from there to the fuel rail)

The high pressure pump can fail or even get clogged up. If the injectors weren't right you wouldn't even get close to normal RPM's in the first place.

The joke is that they are charging you whilst laughing.

sadie have you checked all the elec plugs none loose sounds like something is not connecting properly causing a interment fault ..........wires near throttle linkages ?

        1999 V Max

I done all i could do before taking it to a dealer. But as of today the reason it would not start now is the fuel relay switch is bad. New Dealer. We will run the boat and i will post to let you know all the results. I really hope this new dealership will find the problem. I did not pay the first dealer nothing, they still have not called me back. Left 2 messages and a week later still noboby has called me back. I will let you guys know and thanks.

I had the same issue on a 225hp Mariner. Pulled my hair out until a mechanic removed the water separating fuel filter and simplified the gas flow. Never had the issue again. I would be you have a filter issue.
