704 Premium Binnacle Friction Adjustment

I have a 2008 704 Premium Binnacle, need to adjust the friction on the lever. I've been researching on the web many suggest to remove the plastic cover and the friction adjustment screw is on the back of the control box. I've noticed on mine that there's a small cover on the rear that can be easily pryed removed and a slotted screw underneath is this the friction adjustment screw. I've attached a picture to show what I'm talking about.

Yes that is the friction screw just tighten screw just enough to keep the the handle in place.
