identifying 8hp motor

I own a 8hp yamaha outboard i am looking the part where the trottle cable
connect to the trottle handle on the outboard side of the engine
i am enclosing a file of the diagram it shows as number 2 on small diagram
its the part where the cable [ # 2 ] connect into
i beleive the motor is about a 96 model but i am not sure.

should it not be # 19 where the end of the cable attached ?
# 11 looks like the handle.
i want the part where the 2 cable ends attach two

Yes the cables connect to the shaft, number 19.
