Yamaha 2002 60HP Compression

I am looking at buying a used boat with a 60hp from an individual. He showed me compression readings:
C1 - 120
C2 - 112
C3 - 108

I don't know whether 120 is high or 108 is too low...or if these three readings are OK?

It is within specs but it needs to be decarboned. Run a shock treatment of Ring Free through engine and recheck compression.
