Still sniffing 40 enduro electric start

I had no luck with my first thread but think I may be getting closer
I found a manual which has a 40xwt and E40xmh diagrams and both have 03 after it. In the yammy site under 03 both models arnt listed. ok, the new question is can you get a electric start for a 40 xwt as I have also seen a web page were its listed a 40 xwt as manual or electric. Can any of you gurus shed some light on why the yammy sites dont even list these motors, Or am I as stupid as my missus recons Parts manual link below

I wish I did have information on European models but we don't, only models sold in USA. We don't have any manuals or parts books on them.

I have the exact same problem with my 40 enduro. I purchase it used from a guy that I think bring them from Dominican Republic so I guess is an european model. Any help from any guru on this forum will be helpful finding some info or repair manual. Hope we have the luck that this european versions are or better performance than its usa intended cousings becuase Us regulations limitations.
