Hour Meter Hours

We had our 100hr service done a few years back and the hours were at 110 when the boat was dropped off. Picked the boat up, went to the sea and noticed the hours were at 2. Yep 2hrs. The dealer did not know why..?? I don't beleive there is a way to take time off these gauges. The engines now have just over 300 hrs and the gauges have just over 200. Any ideas on how the hours were taken off or was the gauges changed??

I have never seen a hour meter that could be reset back to 0, not sure what happened.
