Can I Install A Remote Tank That Will Feed The Oil Pump (pbs System) By Gravity And Make This Larger Tank The Main Tank? All I Would Have To Do Is Place A Plug On The Out Fitting Of The Main Tank And Keep Oil In The Tank So It Will No Signal. The Main Question Is: Will The Oil Pump On My Yamaha S250 Suck Up The Oil From The Remote Gravity Feed Oil Tank. Of Course I Will Have To Make Sure There Is Always Oil In The Remote Tank Because The Motor Will Not Slow Down If No Oil Is Present.

The remote oil tank(3 gallon tank mounts in boat) has an electric oil pump that transfer oil to engine oil tank mounted above oil pump and engine tank gravity fills oil pump. It has to have both oil tanks to work, cannot eliminate the engine oil tank.
