Fuel injectors will not pulse

Hey Guys, I have a 2000 250hp model sx250txry motor and we are not getting the injectors to spray. Test with node's and we are getting power on the hot but not on the ground side. I am being told bad C.D.I., I believe it is part # 65L-85540-01-00 and the best price I can find is $980 can anyone help in any way...

How and where are you measuring voltage? And with what. It may take a special meter.
I looked at a Suzuki 150 injectors once but was not able to get any readings that made any sense with a DMM

Do these injectors have power on them with the key on and the CDI controls the firing from the ground side by grounding when it wants them to fire?

Just some thoughts.

Very rare to see a CDI failure. Was fuel pressure checked? ign spark? alarms work?
