I have the 703 control with the extra wires, and was thinking of an inexpensive Tach that I could just buy at an Auto Parts store. I've read a lot in here & I'll use this hook up that I obtained in here(The gauges use the yellow(key on power), green(tach signal) and black wire(ground).
). I have a 1991 50hp 2 stroke 3 cylinder, what kind of Tach would I ask for, seems like they have the 4, 6 or 8 cylinder Tachs. Will they work???? or Not ????
