Vmax Cowling on 250sws

I have a 98 saltwater series 250 ox66(3.1L). Will an ox66 vmax cowling 3.1L fit this? I am thinking of just replacing the top cowling, hoping that would be cheaper than painting and stickers for my existing saltwater series cowling. There is a 3.1L 200 cowling on ebay right now that I was considering but not sure about fit! Thanks in advance for the help.

I surely cant be the first one to try this...If I leave the stock lower pan, can I put a vmax cowling on it...

I tried to look up part numbers on the lower cowl, it looks like they are the same, I would just like to know for sure before I buy one. Maybe someone has tried it before
