2001 Hpdi

I have a pair of 200 HPDI'S. there is a white wire with red tracer going through both rigging tubes, bullet connector close to rigging tube. Any idea what this wire is for?

No can't think of any single wire that would be in rigging grommet unless it's the battery isolator lead but it should red, about a 10 gauge wire.
