adapter oil tank & tach wiring

I have a 2002 lx250tura, my old harness doesnt match up to the oil tank.(round end) need square adapter need part #.

and my tach wire has 4 seperate wires that need to go to a square connector on motor too, need part # for adapters 3 female wires , 1 male Thanks

There are adapters available but if you have a digital tach the trim gauge will not work with newer engine, the tach will read rpm's and oil level indicator will work.
Adapters are
6R3-82541-00-00 oil tank adapter
6R3-82541-10-00 Oil level adapter
6N7-82541-10-00 trim sender adapter(wouldn't make trim gauge work)
New tach is part number 6Y5-8350T-82-00 and new harness is 68F-82553-90-00 for the 2002 motor.
New oil tank kit with harness is part number 6YR-W0035-92-00

The oil harness for 2002 engine and 2002 oil tank is part number 6R3-85721-80-00(square connectors).
