warning buzzer

am installing a 704 binnacle control and dual key ignition switch panel using plug and play harnesses to two 85a two strke yamaha,s.when turning on i get three beeps from the warning buzzer.the ignition switch panel i am using has a black box on it,which most of the wires go thru. have i got a switch panel that is not suited to my motors?

The dual switch panel has a self test function and will beep when first turn key on, thats normal.
