Top cylinder blew because it ran too lean and other top cylinder on other side on block is all white and almost blew as well. Wondering what reasons it could possibly be since only the 2 top cylinders were lean so it doesn't happen again once rebuilt?

Have it checked with computer diagnostic to see if has low fuel pressure codes on high pressure fuel pump. Could have been injector, best to replace the ones on damaged cylinders and have rest rebuilt as well as high pressure pump.

If she overheated your buzzer would have gone off right? Boats.net, you mean the only way to tell if the HP pump and injectors are bad is if the power head blows up? That's a drag; is there a PM procedure to keep this from happening?1999 Grady Sailfish SX225 OX66
