Yamaha 115 ceto 2 stroke carby help

Hello I have an early 90,s 115 ceto 2 stroke and I believe there is water in the fuel bowls,
Could some one please describe the procedure to remove plastic /cowl air box and how and where to drain the carbs.

I got around my problem by removing the 4 12mm jets on the lower side of the bowl and washed the water droplets out by priming the fuel line quite a few times now she is all good again.
