90hp pilot screw setting

Rebuilding carb. what is the correct settings for the pilot screw.


Also I am unable to remove the brass needle seat. Is there a trick or tool that has to be used. I have tried a 10mm socket and open hand wrench but unable to get it open without stripping it.

What is the model number of motor?
I ground down a 10mm socket to fit on float valve seat, works good.

Pilot screws are set at 1 1/4 turns.
