Will hose flushing clean entire system?

Will the hose flushing clean the entire cooling system? I have a TJR 115 06 4 stroke jet. I cannot hook my boat up to muffs do to it being a jet, so will the hose fitting clean the block and head? How does it get past the thermostat?

If you want to make sure it flushes well, remove the thermostats when flushing.
