Not that I know of, we never know when a new version is coming out.

Yes...

Yes just run it in W-o-W-64 environment (compatibility mode). The W-o-W-64 is a 32-bit emulator built into Vista 64 to allow users to run their older 32 bit programs. If it ran in Windows XP it will run in W-o-W-64 mode environment.
