does anyone know if i can easily swap a 25" driveshaft from a 200 into a 150 lower currently a 20"?

Yes...
Yes it will physically fit and the lower unit will work. Do you mean you blew the lower unit on a 25" and only the actual driveshaft is salvageable? You have a good lower unit from a 20" motor and you just want to put that lower unit on your 25" motor? Then yes that option will work for you.
You'll have to pull the guts out of the 20" lower unit to get to the nut on the end of the driveshaft to remove it. Unfortunately you can't pull the pinion gear up through the driveshaft opening in the lower unit.
If this isn't what you're talking about doing then, like JB said, you'll have to swap out the entire midsection and all the associated parts. Too much hassle.
