Tachometer Compatability

I just bought the rigging kit part # 6YR-W0035-E2, it comes with the
tach # 6Y5-8350T-90 and harness 6Y5-83553-20, I am getting conflicting info on the web as to if it will work for my engine or not. I have a 06' 115 four
stroke. Can anyone give me a definite answer on this. Thanks

The -E2 kit will work on 2005 and newer motors, it will work on your motor.

Yes 6YR-W0035-E2-00 Multifunction Tach kit will work on a 2006 F20.
Set tach setting for 4 stroke engine, 12 pole alternator and 2 wire trim sender.
