power trim in continuous down position

I came home to see my motor in the down position and battery drained. I disconnected the motor and recharged the battery and as soon as I connected the motor again the trim motor is running in the down postion and will not come up when I press the up trim button. When I do press the up button it stops the trim motor and restarts again when i let go. Any suggestions?

disconnect each trim switch to see if one is bad.

I have disconnected all three switches and when I connect the battery the motor is still running in the down position.

disconnect blu and grn @ relay , apply 12v and ground to each ensuring motor is working right then sounds like your relay is stuck closed or you have corroded/pinched wires leading to switches.
