Multi gauge for 30 DETO

I have a 30hp DETO electric start & tilt that I would like to fit a multi gauge to. I think it is a 2004 model.
How do I confirm the year & will the 6YR-W0035-E2-00 work?

Not sure year, I don't have any information on that model. If it has a off white colored 4 prong square connector on engine for gauge trim/oil harness then the 6YR-W0035-E2-00 will work.

My engine has an off white 4 pin plug tucked down the right side of the engine. It has 3 wires connected to it, a pink, black, & grey. The grey is only a couple of inches long & blanked off. Is this the connection for the multigauge?

Yes the trim/oil harness from tach connects to that plug.
