winterizing

What is the proper way to winterize an ox66 200? Do you fog the cylinders with special fogging oil? Also i see they run a mix through the engine with a portable tank. I've asked several people what is in the mix, But No one seems to give an answer. Like to winterize myself this year but want to do it correct. Thanks
