I just rebuilt my Carb. reinstalled it........I can get it to idle out of gear but in gear it stalls out when I give it gas.........I really don't know anything about carbs so any help would be good...........is there more than the 2 abjustments on the carb I adjusted what I believed to be the air flow and the other was a throttle screw.............even when I get it to idle out of gear it still rough and the engine seems to rock a bit........one more question what is the black electrical part on the engine...........Thanks Jeff
