Oil leaking from lower unit oil level plug

Hello, I have a 2005 50tlrd and noticed yesterday oil on the cavitation plate. It is leaking from the lower unit oil level plug. I cleaned up the oil and checked the tightness of the screw. When the boat is parked the motor is not trimmed up. I checked it this am and does not appear to be leaking. Is there an o ring behind the screw that could cause this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
