v150tlrd 2 cylinders not firing

Cylinders 2 and 5 have no fire at idle
any help would be appreciated
additional info:
boat is used often - twice a month or more
went out Sat. 6th hard to start and would only reach about 3000 to 3500 rpm at
full throttle

Possible bad coils, plug wires, or plugs. I would guess the coils are your problem if the plugs are ok. Not an expert but had this problem with an old motor I had.

check those 2 again on hose over 2k rpms.

if youre not getting rpms out of it clean carbs, check for air leaks etc. while on hose whats the condition of the pump ball and pump and listen for any changes.
